The Whole Process

All support requests are logged in our proprietary online support system and tracked by our dedicated technical support staff. If our support team cannot resolve an issue or answer a question immediately, they will forward the issue to a development or quality assurance (QA) specialist so that your issue is fixed quickly or your question is answered by the responsible person.

You will be given access to an online help desk so that you can keep track of all support requests you submit and add details as needed. Our support desk is open from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and is regularly monitored after hours.

In addition to our online support service, you can also contact us by phone or email, whichever is more convenient for you.
